Amazon Prime Day is still going strong. Not that it really matters, Amazon’s game is always really strong. I personally buy so many things for our everyday from Amazon now, including pantry items! I always search Amazon first whenever there’s something we need and they usually come through for me.
You all seemed to enjoy my Amazon Fashion Haul from yesterday so I thought I’d round up some of my favorite everyday items I’ve found through Amazon, as well. It’s a very random mix of items, but here we go!
First up are the best baby wipes around! They’re thick and soft and great for sensitive skin. I don’t have any kids in diapers anymore, but these wipes are still on my regular Subscribe & Save order!
Let’s stick with the kids theme and talk about technology a bit. My big kids always need a pair of headphones as a part of their school list every year. I was always buying different kinds at Target or Walmart and a few months into school, they would break. THEN, I found these amazing headphones on Amazon and I haven’t had to purchase another pair since. Well, that’s not true. I bought a third pair for my 4 y/o to have, too because they’re great!
To go with these headphones, for our long plane rides, I found this great portable DVD player. It has a little bit bigger screen then others we’ve had, but it’s still really light weight. It’s easy to use and I think the best part is that it has 2 headphone jacks so more than one kid can watch at a time! We grabbed a splitter for one of the jacks and all three kiddos can watch a movie at the same time! This is going to be life saving for our 10 hour trek to Hawaii!!
Moving on to household and home decor stuff. The really good stuff!! I’ve already told you about my home decor hack, the pillow cover, but it’s worth talking about again! Throw pillows are expensive. $20-$30 for ONE PILLOW? No thanks! Throw pillows are one of the great ways to change up your decor from season to season (or mood to mood) and, I don’t know about you, but I can’t afford to be spending a few hundred dollars on pillows a couple times a year! This is where the pillow cover comes in!! Get yourself some basic pillows, heck, the pillows you have right now will work, and order yourself some pillow covers. Slip the pillow in, zip it up and boom! brand new decor! Amazon has some great sets for great prices! I currently have this set and this set on my pillows. They’re soft, have strong zippers and cover up the fact that the pillows inside are all sorts of different colors!!
Another great way to change up decor and keep your home looking fresh and cozy is throw blankets! Who doesn’t love to have tons of blankets around! The struggle is finding a blanket that’s the right size and has the right snuggle factor. This blanket is one of the best. It’s simple and classic looking, but super cozy, too!
Speaking of cozy….. These bed sheets are the coziest! These remind me of those luxury hotel beds that you never want to get out of! And they come in any color you could possibly want. They are an Amazon best seller and have over 56,000 reviews!! And just under $30 for a king set!! You can NOT beat that!
Last item for today is these glass food storage containers! I’m obsessed with these! Personally, I really dislike the snap lock lids that come on most glass food containers. They never snap closed right!! These containers have bamboo lids that just slid right on, but keep a really tight seal. We’ve had them for a few months now and they’re holding up well and keeping that tight seal!
